For example, if you are constructing a new home, we work with you to design outdoor living spaces according to your pastimes, hobbies and preferences. In addition, we determine the highest-value needs, things that will improve your home’s curb appeal and resale value. In a commercial project, we create master plans that will help communicate the work environment and bring maximum enjoyment to customers and employees. Once we’ve completed the “useage” wish list and list of possible features, we work with you to develop a budget that suits. We then specify the cost menu according to the budget and priority ranking of the aesthetic/useage features, and develop the schedule of deliverables, including planting and material selections.
